Items will go by either Royal mail or courier depending on the weight of the parcel, this will be confirmed in your dispatch email.
Free local delivery is available for orders within the PL27 postcode.
PL28, PL29, PL30, PL31, PL32, PL33, PL34, PL35, TR7, TR8, TR9 will occur a £10 charge
PL13, PL14, PL15, PL22, PL23, PL24, PL25, PL26, TR1, TR2, TR3, TR4, TR5, TR6 will occur a £20 charge

Deliveries are made from 10am till 3pm, Monday till Thursday.
We will contact you with the contact details given at checkout to arrange delivery.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from our store.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
